By placing a firearm order through Gold Guns, you confirm that you are of legal age to purchase firearms, that you are legally allowed to purchase firearms and that you have not committed any act or are not under any condition whereas purchasing and possession of firearms by you may be deemed illegal, you are not entering in any kind of activity that may be viewed illegal by any federal, state, or local laws and regulations, and that you are not committing any act of felony. Anyone attempting a chargeback with their credit card company will be pursued to the fullest extent allowed by law and will be blacklisted from the website. We will contest any and all unauthorized chargeback claims.
Some of the firearms for sale on our website may be restricted in the state and/or city in which you reside. Therefore, please verify the item you plan to purchase is legal in your jurisdiction and you are legally allowed to own said item. We will not ship an item to you that violates federal, state, or local laws. This includes magazines. Firearm orders that are canceled prior to shipment due to the legality of owning it will incur a $45.00 cancellation fee.
As a customer, it is your responsibility to locate and confirm an FFL Dealer prior to purchasing a firearm and that will accept your shipment. When selecting a local FFL Dealer, it is critical that you confirm they accept transfers in advance of purchasing from Gold Guns to avoid any confusion or delays to your purchase experience. We do not cover the cost of your FFL's transfer fee. Gold Guns will ship the firearm to the dealer of your choosing, so we are not responsible for arranging or negotiating transfers. All transfer arrangements are between you the client and your dealer. You will be required to have your FFL Dealer email a copy of their FFL directly TO info@goldgunshtx.com prior to the purchase of your order. Per ATF guidance, we do not provide a copy of our FFL to individuals.
Subsequent to receiving the FFL along with payment confirmation, your firearm will be prepared for shipment along with a confirmation email and tracking # sent to the email you provided during the check-out process.
Any complications that may arise with your FFL transfer dealer after the shipment has left our facility is the customers responsibility and Gold Guns has no affiliation with the dealer. By placing the order you agree that you will not attempt to back charge or ask for other compensation on problems experienced with your FFL transfer.
Firearms that are returned by your local FFL dealer due to failed background checks or any other complications will incur a 20% restocking fee and return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

It is the buyers responsibility to ensure that the item is legal to own in your city/state. Any item being ordered, must be verified by buyer prior to placing the order.
If your order cannot be completed due to conflict with your local or state laws, the order will be canceled, and you will be responsible for all cancellation fees. Gold Guns is not responsible for orders placed for illegal items in your area.
If you reside in Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, or New York, be sure to check your local and state laws and verify with your local gun dealer before buying to ensure this model meets your state requirements.

It is your responsibility to verify the legality of any magazine being ordered, prior to the placement of that order. If you have any questions with respect to state or local restriction of a magazine you wish to purchase, please inquire with your local FFL prior to placing your order.
Magazines that violate capacity laws will not be shipped. No substitution are guaranteed.
